I suddenly stopped by a ramen shop on the go. At the ticket vending machine, I chose Chinese soba and half-fried rice. For Chinese soba, you can choose thin or thick noodles. I like thick noodles, so I chose it. The ramen had a chewy texture and the soup had a hint of bonito flakes. It had a somewhat nostalgic taste. It had a strong seasoning and flavor, and the ingredients such as spinach, menma, and chashu were soft and delicious. The half-fried rice is also hearty and comes with chili pepper for free. I mixed a little bit of it with fried rice and ate it, and was surprised at how delicious it was. Even though it was my first time visiting, the taste was addictive, and the service even included a small bowl of lightly pickled cabbage and vermicelli salad. I was satisfied with the price and the volume. I even got Ame-chan on the way home. I was happy♪ I would definitely like to visit again.
