If you like dried sardine ramen and carbonara, this is a bowl of Shinsekai that you must try at least once! It was my first visit and I had no idea what to expect when I entered the store, but the staff was kind and polite and explained the recommended ramen and how to eat it. First, I was taught to eat a little bit of the noodles before stirring them. I think you can enjoy the original deliciousness of the ingredients. Also, from the moment your bowl is brought to your counter seat, you will be enveloped in the unique smell of dried sardines. By stirring from this point, a miracle fusion of ramen and carbonara will occur! A rich dried sardine soup that goes well with thick noodles! Spicy onion accent! Meat with volume! Tasty prosciutto! I was as shocked as when I had encountered the unknown! After I finished eating, I nervously asked the staff if this was ramen? Or pasta? When I asked if this was the case, the answer was that it was classified as ramen! With this content, it was a high-level dish that could have been served either way. The price is not in the same price range as regular ramen, but I think it's understandable considering the idea, the ingredients, and the time and effort put into it.
Order the meat nibobochi The one and only dried sardine ramen you've never had before! It was rich and delicious! The very clean feeling of the shop is also a highly rated point Although the price is aggressive for ramen, this is stylish Italian! If you think about it, it feels like a reasonable price!
