This restaurant seems to be part of the Kansai style Ramen Jiro Inspire series, and I was very satisfied with the portions! Astragalus, chopsticks, water, and towels are all self-service. After buying your ticket, you can choose the amount of noodles you want using the clothespins next to you. While regular ramen noodles are 120g, the standard noodles here are 300g. In other words, the amount of noodles is 2-3 times more! 200g was plenty, but you can increase it to 500g for free, so it might be perfect for people with big appetites. However, there is a penalty if you leave too much, so be sure to keep the amount you can eat. The char siu is also quite large and has a strong flavor. If you order abura, it will be served separately, so you can customize it to your liking. It seems to be crowded during lunch and evening, so it's a good idea to plan your time accordingly. At the end, I put the towels in the collection box and thanked them for the meal😋. I’m looking forward to next time!
