More Comments at Google MapThe salty tanmen has a gentle taste and is soothing. It also has quite a lot of vegetables, so it's quite filling. It's located in the food court on the second floor and has a simple appearance, but the staff are friendly and helpful, so if you're looking for ramen, this is the place to go.
Rainy Saturday. Mizonokuchi Marui is convenient because even if it rains, you can eat, shop, and buy alcohol without getting wet from the parking lot. I ate there last week and it was delicious, so I visited the restaurant for the second week in a row. I visited around 11 o'clock, and there were always two or three people in line, including when I ordered, and it seemed to be more popular than last week. On this day, I had chicken hot water and light miso with extra vegetables. Personally, I like the plain chicken paitan better than the spicy miso chicken paitan I had last week. The light miso has a light but strong miso flavor, which is also good. The amount of extra vegetables was 200 yen, and I thought it would be okay to keep the normal amount if it was this much. -----Past posts I visited the store around 11:00 on a Saturday afternoon, five days after it opened. There was only one person in line at the cash register, so I was able to order right away, but it seemed like there was already a large backlog, and the buzzer didn't ring until 15 minutes later. I received the chicken paitan spicy miso and the light shio noodles, each in a noodle form. The chicken paitan spicy miso is not very spicy, but the soup is quite thick and delicious. Aasarishio is a traditional tanmen, but the soup is quite sharp, so it has an impact. The noodles in both were medium-thin, and I had a box from Takumi Daikokuya, a noodle manufacturer, so they were Kawasaki noodles. I wonder if the main store in Shizuoka also has Daikokuya noodles... The amount of vegetables was quite good, and one bowl of ramen filled my stomach. There was some ground ginger in the receiving area, so I tried changing the taste halfway through the small plate, but I think ginger goes well with tanmen. Both were very delicious. The atmosphere on the signboard looks like Gifu Tanmen, but the menu is different and the taste is different, so I guess there is no connection... This has nothing to do with the store, but I would like to see an improvement in the hot water at this food court.
For users who have not used their EPOS card recently. There is something called Epos Sunday. Check it out on Marui's website. I hadn't used it in a long time and had forgotten about it, but there are even points-up shops that you can choose from. Located on the 2nd floor of Marui Mizonokuchi store. It's food court style, but there are plenty of comfortable seats with a nice atmosphere. Therefore, it is about 20% more expensive than the first floor. I ate chicken paitan salt tanmen. Thick The salty air feels just right The minced meat is well-cooked and has no stringy texture. The noodles are delicious You can change the taste with ginger and lemon. Chopsticks are non-slip and easy to eat Limited time It looks like you can also use regional pay.
