1. For customers who does not know “Genkotsuya” it is NOT pork bone (豚骨) soup. 2. It is very delicious classical/mild/sophisticated ramen with chicken and fish soup, middle to thick noodle and hand made pork (grilled pork=焼豚). 3. Table seats also exists and it was surprisingly family friendly. 4. I will definitely repeat. 5. It is new and does not seem very popular yet (it is not easy place to go), but hope they become popular.

Arrived around 12:15 on a weekday in August. The two of us came to the store at a good timing, probably because the school around us was closed, but we were able to be seated without waiting! Ordered salt ramen and wonton noodle soy sauce. Both are very delicious! Much better than the famous restaurants in the city. I would recommend salt. If you eat soy sauce, you might want to eat salt too... Also, I should have added char siu. By default, it was just a little bit, but it was very delicious with a creamy texture, so next time it's a must! ! Adding green onions to the salt sounds delicious! ! ! We will go again! I thought the soup would be rich, but it wasn't too rich! It was refreshing and I could feel the flavor of kelp. The noodles were chewy and not too soft, which I thought went well with the soup. It was a ramen that I felt particular about.
