Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan｜Musashi-ya

I got tokusei ramen which based on niboshi based soup, and it has three cha-syu and boiled egg and mennma. The cha-syu was very softly like melt on my tan, and the egg had excellent seasoning not too salty and not too simply for this soup. The soup looks based on bonito but the taste is not hard, very delicious which was born with polite work I thought. I will go again.

A very authentic spot serving up some really delicious ramen. The broth is creamy and rich but still light and balanced. The pork chashu is freshly torched before serving and is perfect. The egg is beautifully cooked. The shop is small and only seats a few customers at a time and is a really nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

It's a very delicious ramen shop with a nostalgic feel, similar to the taste of the Japanese-style ramen from a ramen shop called ``Akatonbo'' that was open inside Seiyu in Musashi Shinjo back then when I was a student. Even those who are going to eat it for the first time will say, "It's really delicious" 😊
