[Soshigaya Okura] Limited to 10 meals! Truffle-scented mixed noodles with pickled egg yolk ``Ramen Himawari'' I visited "Ramen Himawari" located along the Soshigaya-dori shopping street, about a 3-minute walk from the south exit of Soshigaya-Okura Station. Is it easier to understand if you say it's across from Ozeki? The sunflower in front of the store is a landmark. The store has counter seats, one table for four people, and a ticket vending machine. I was also interested in the chicken soup made with duck and Daisen chicken carefully and slowly extracted at a low temperature, but I was drawn to the limited edition of 10 servings, so I opted for the truffle-scented mazesoba with pickled egg yolk (900 yen). Since it's Sunday, I'll also include bottled beer (500 yen). Mazesoba is made with Kanno Seimen's special ``Count 12 Hei'' carefully selected domestic all-purpose flour, so you can enjoy the smooth and chewy texture that is unique to matured and water-added noodles. The eggs that have a big impact with their rich yolks are Maxim dark eggs, which are made by adding paprika to the fertilizer to make the yolks as thick as possible. When I took a bite, my impression was, yes, it was exactly carbonara! It's also delicious if you squeeze some lemon in between. It was a well-balanced cup with the lightly grilled chargrilled pork for added aroma. I'm also curious about salt ramen.

I heard that a new ramen shop was opening in Soshigaya Okura, so I went there. Several people lined up before the store opened, and it was full as soon as the store opened. Today I ordered "special soy sauce ramen". Arrive at the bowl in about 5 minutes. When I took a bite of the chicken soup made with duck and Oyama chicken, the flavor of the soup stock and the richness and aroma of the soy sauce sauce spread throughout my mouth and it was very delicious. The noodles were made by Sugano Noodles, and were low-water straight thin noodles blended with several types of wheat flour. Pork shoulder loin char siu was good because I could feel the flavor of the meat without making it too strong. The taste of the maximum thick egg was also delicious with the taste of the ingredients. Overall, I was satisfied with the well-balanced cup. Next time I will go to eat tsukemen. Thank you for the meal. By the way, Mr. Kunihiro Matsumura, a talent, was decorating the opening celebration flowers, so when I asked him, he was an acquaintance of the store manager.
