Visited around 13:00 on a holiday in June 2023. There are two customers. Ordered Daidai soba for 1,000 yen and rice for 150 yen. Then the owner asks, "Is normal rice okay?" "Yes, it's a lot", so I changed it to half rice for 100 yen. It is completed in about 7 minutes to wait. The magnificence of the two ribs on top will make your heart flutter. Dried sardines and seafood soup with deep turbidity. The soup of the day has a slightly salty punch. I slurp the bubbly noodles and eat the meat. Chase there with rice. It's fresh, fluffy and delicious rice. The more you chew, the more sweetness comes out. Slurp the soup again and repeat the process of noodles → meat → rice. The rib meat has a nice moist texture, and this day was also good and I ate it all. Half rice is the amount that can be said to be a normal serving at a general store, and it was a sufficient amount for me. I realized that adding this rice to Daidai soba would raise the degree of perfection as a dish. ---------------January 2023 Entered the store at 12:00 on a holiday at the same time as it opened. The worn-out noren has been refurbished. Take a seat at the back of the counter and order 1000 yen orange soba. 6 minutes to wait for the rice bowl. You will be thrilled by the majestic appearance of two large ribs on top. On this day, I came to this store to satisfy my desire to eat meat. The soup, which has a soft scent of dried sardines, has a miscellaneous taste and feels bitter. It's not clean and punchy, but it has depth and pulls back. A mysterious soup that you will not get tired of even if you pile up lotus roots. It goes well with the plain thin noodles of low water content. The main rose chashu has a nice texture of Holo Tropasa. The flavor of the day was just right, neither too strong nor too thin. I flattened two pieces. I also like thin bamboo shoots, and the egg yolk is melty and mellow. I will come back when I want to eat meat. I would like to order rice and eat it as a self-made meat bowl. ---------- Visited around 14:00 on a holiday in January 2021. The goodwill is torn apart and it looks really suspicious. When I looked into the store to see if it was open, it seemed that there was only one customer, so I went in. A meek male shopkeeper was there. I sat down in the middle of the 1-row counter with a capacity of 7 people and somehow ordered Daidai soba for 900 yen. Then, I was surprised to see a bowl of ramen with two large slices of stewed pork ribs on top. I immediately stuff my cheeks, but this is a little salty. I had a hard time finishing it. The soup smells like fishmeal, and it's not sweet and slightly salty, but it's suitable for drinkers. The noodles have a firm texture and are quite good. The boiled egg was a soft-boiled toro type. I would like to go back and check it again.

Even though it's the closest ramen shop to my home, I haven't had a chance to go there, but it's been a while since I've tasted it. The punchy soup that existed before the Chinese soba boom is still available, and the hearty pork belly chashu is still available, so you can enjoy a worthwhile ramen experience. The noren, which was worn out and had a bad taste, has been replaced with a new one, but the deliciousness of the Chinese noodles has not changed. I want to try it regularly from now on.

Second visit. Last time I chose “Odaidai Soba” and there were too many ingredients, so this time I chose “Chinese Soba” (700 yen) in the photo. Seafood soy sauce ramen. The char siu is also big and very delicious. By the way, when I entered lunch time, I was in a hurry when I was asked, "What would you like to do with the noodles?" There is nothing written on the menu, such as hardness or thickness. When I was puzzled, "What do you want to do with a large serving for free?" I ordered the normal serving. Or rather, I don't think it was written anywhere in the store about that large serving... At first glance, you need to be careful (?).
