More Comments at Google MapCame just after they opened, so I had to wait for the first wave of customers to finish. It was an extremely hot day and there’s only one bench outside, so it felt like being in a sauna. Fortunately, 15 minutes later they started coming out (the place seats 6 people max) and I came in. I am glad I didn’t leave while waiting. The chashu ramen was great, and the pork had this gentle, smoky flavor: one of the bests I’ve tried so far. The soup is not that heavy either. Must return.
Love the tsukemen, especially during lunch time
~Chinese noodles with the aroma of dried sardines, right next to Kugayama Station~ This is a ramen shop with an old-fashioned atmosphere, located about 40 seconds walk from Kugayama Station. I live nearby, but I haven't had a chance to go, so I finally got around to it. Since it was lunch time, I waited for about 20 minutes before entering the store, which made sense since there were only 6 seats at the counter. When I bought a meal ticket and sat down at the table, the general was like Kaoru Kobayashi. The ramen has the impression of being an old-fashioned Chinese soba with a fluffy aroma of dried sardines. The elegant soy sauce flavor goes well with the smoky char siu, and the noodles are delicious. The noodles were so delicious that I thought it would be delicious to eat the noodles alone. It was a very satisfying day where I met delicious ramen and a handsome chef (*^^
