The taste is my favorite among the Jiro varieties. It's mild so you can eat it everyday. When I compared Muji and Shio, I found Shio to be more flavorful and I liked it better. Black garlic ramen, vegetable, oil, lots of garlic. I've eaten all kinds, but this one might be my favorite. I guess this is my choice from now on. The aroma of black garlic whets the appetite.
