Miso-flavored and spicy noodles are popular, but the soy sauce-flavored and salty flavors are the best, as they balance well with the sauce and soup. It has a light taste and is very easy to eat. I'm glad that there are plenty of gray green onions. The fried rice with cabbage is also recommended.
