Loitering near the tram station in Setagaya, read a couple of reviews of this place, could not resist. Tsukmen is indeed great. Elegant set tray for a counter joint, with lot of pickled bamboo, other garnishes. Noodles thick and chewy. Took up the signage suggestion on rice cheese and pepper for leftover broth. Friendly service though no English. Not sure it’s quite destination level but very very good.

Absolutely delicious. Got the tsukemen, and it was one of the best I've had. The broth was incredibly rich and thick, the noodles were nice and chewy and the chashu had the perfect texture. Be warned, it does take about 10minutes for them to prepare the tsukemen, but it is worth the wait.

I had the dipping ramen. It was delicious. Noodles were slightly bigger than I’m used to but still delicious. The shopkeepers were very nice
