One of the better shoyu based thin noodle ramen I've had.

Actually, I went there because I was interested in Shimotaka no Nikai, which opened this year, but even though I went there at 1:30 p.m., an hour and a half before the end of lunch time, I went on a break without notice. I was shocked to see that. In that case, I had decided to go to this Banya restaurant, so I headed straight here. The restaurant seats about 10 people at the J-shaped counter. There were 5 customers in front and 4 customers in the back, and it was very popular even though it was almost 2pm. A large serving of thick soy sauce noodles costs 950 yen including tax. It's simple, delicious, and the customer service is great. The delivery of the rice bowl was also fast. The quality of the customers is also good. There are really few good stores like this. That's excellent.

This ramen shop is located near Shimotakaido Station. It's a Chinese soba that doesn't use chemical seasoning because it's non-chemical. It was a simple Chinese soba. I often want to eat old-fashioned Chinese soba like this one. The soup had a strong soy sauce flavor, but when pepper was added to the soup, the aroma and spiciness of the pepper became clear, so I thought it was a very delicate soup. It seems that they are very particular about materials and water. Menma was also a tip menma, so it had a satisfying texture. There are other menus besides Chinese noodles, so I would like to visit again because I want to taste other menus.
