This place is phenomenal to say the least. Such high quality ramen, made with love and such great value for money. Can not recommend it enough- definitely worth the wait!

I visited around 12:10 on a weekday. There was a wait of two people when we arrived, but we were seated in about 10 minutes and made it to the back of the lot. The location is difficult to find, but if you enter the alley where you can see the bistro's red interior, you will find the shop at the back. Please be careful not to enter from the private road side. There are 7 seats at the counter, but the rotation is not bad since you eat in silence and go home. I ordered a small ramen, a little better in Yasai, and less garlic. Yasai is essential for me because I can adjust the concentration of taste. The rice bowl is ready in less than 10 minutes. There's quite a bit of back fat, the noodles are thick, and the chashu is small, but there are two very thick pieces. Yasai is quite dry, so the moisture comes out and it is easy to adjust the taste. The soup is thick, but it doesn't have a strong flavor. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
