I visited for lunch. I'm a miso fanatic, so I was drawn to the store's name, but I was satisfied with the quality. I'll be visiting again soon with my ramen-loving friends.

Unlike other miso ramen, the level is so high that it stands out. A combination of thick, aged noodles, rich animal-based soup stock, and miso sauce. Tuna-like char siu is placed on top of the bean sprouts, and you can request extra garlic and backfat when ordering. Just by looking at it, you can clearly tell that this miso ramen was inspired by Jiro. The only problem I have is that the cone sinks to the bottom, so I think it would be helpful to have a slotted spoon.
