I don't go to Jiro restaurants very often, but I didn't know how much I was eating, so I went there a few times (lol) The soup was a little strong in taste, but it went well with the vegetables and the chashu was delicious. Above all, I think the reason for its popularity is that it has such a large volume and is reasonably priced (750-800 yen)! The customer service is also good! It is a pity that there are not many seats>< 23/10 added Fishmeal has recovered - it's going to be difficult with just one surgery. 23/4 P.S. The price has increased overall. A small bowl of ramen went from 800 yen to 900 yen. The gyofun topping was also gone;;
Noodle Kawasaki store 808ism Small ramen 800 yen, garlic oil A little fishmeal, onion, spicy fried Highball 200 yen I've been to several other Menderu stores, but this is my first visit. There is a nearby station, but it's far from the nearest station, so I finally got there by changing buses. I was hesitant about having a small pork, but since it was my first time, I decided on a small ramen. The Togoshi Koen branch that I often go to doesn't have onions or spicy fried chicken, so I added them as toppings. The soup is non-emulsified and has a lot of oil, the noodles are very thick and stiff to my liking, and the vegetables are well-boiled, which isn't better, but there are a lot of them. The pigs aren't that bad, but there are two big ones. It's delicious, but it's so hard that you can't tear it off. I wish they would cut it into thin slices. It was quite a struggle, but the onions helped save the day. The spicy sauce was also good. Overall, it was my favorite flavor, but even among Menderu stores, this one seems to be quite competitive, and you can enjoy ramen that has been tried and tested. There are plenty of toppings and you can also drink alcohol. Only the pig was a mystery. When I repeated it the next day, the pig was guinea pig and was divine. There are no complaints other than access. Apparently, there is a type of fettuccine-like noodle with five whole noodles called Gorenmen, but I don't know how to order it, or if it's just a lucky noodle that comes along sometimes, but I definitely want to try it.
