Purpose!

I've been wondering about it since it was newly built, but I finally decided to try it♪ I ordered a large serving of grilled pork noodles with Hokkaido miso, topping butter, and fried rice. I rarely go to miso specialty, but even for me, this soup was very rich, not too persistent, and not too refreshing, and it was really delicious! The roasted chashu was also soft and well seasoned, which was also the best. I tried fried rice for the rice, but it went great with it. The sweet and rich miso butter flavor is also tangy at the end when shichimi is added, so I drank the soup to the end! ! I stopped by for a while, but it was a big hit, so I'd like to try other miso flavors as a regular in the future.
