I come to eat here once or twice per week, if not more. The food is delicious, the staff is polite and professional, and the store feels relaxed and clean. There is usually a line outside because the restaurant is popular and only has a few seats at the counter. But it's always worth the wait.

Fantastic local ramen shop that almost always has a line. The ramen here is very flavorful, and the ingredients used are fresh. I believe the noodles are handmade as they certainly taste that way. Love the spicy "mouthwatering chicken" that comes on the side with some of the sets, tons of flavor and just enough spiciness. The owner really seems to put a lot of love into his food. A must try!

A ramen restaurant that I've always wanted to go to but haven't been able to go to. A long-awaited entry. Considering it was a Saturday night, there was only one person in the store, two people in front of the ticket machine selecting items, and then me. 2 people waiting for takeout. There are two people in the restaurant: a man who is in charge of cooking and a man who is a waitress. However, the cook sometimes does the handling, and I think it's amazing how they can handle it with two hands. I ordered the chicken paitan noodles and mini drool chicken set, which was recommended for first-timers, with a small side of rice. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the drooling chicken and small rice bowl arrived. I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but it wasn't as spicy as the color, and the rice with the sauce was really delicious.To be honest, the small rice wasn't enough. It has a very deep spiciness and a variety of flavors, and you can tell that the work is done with great care. Shortly afterwards, a bowl of white noodles arrived. First of all, when you sip the soup, you can smell the scent of yuzu, and although it looks rich, it is quite refreshing. It feels like all the good parts of chicken are in the soup. This is also deep and I want to enjoy it carefully. The slightly thick soup is so rich that you can almost feel the gelatin from the chicken that has been simmered until the bones are broken. The noodles are medium thick and cling to the soup well. It feels like there's a lot of things in the cup. Very satisfied. At the end, I added a little drooling chicken sauce and drank the ramen soup, and before I knew it, I had finished it all. He's doing his job properly, which is great. I felt great! It's been a long time since I ate such delicious ramen. Next time I'll go eat soy sauce.
