I went on a Sunday at around 11:15 not much of a wait. However when I left around 11:35 there was already quite a long line. The tonkotsu shoyu ramen was great. It was simple but flavorful. The chashu was very soft and tender. It's on the heavier side of things in terms of taste so if you're looking for a "heavier" ramen this place is for you.

A short walk from Chidoricho station. If you place a meal ticket on the table, it will be blown away by the wind of the fan, so I think it is better to hold it until the owner receives the ticket by hand. I got the upper ramen. It may have been the most well-balanced and delicious Iekei-ramen I've ever eaten. It was a little disappointing that the noodles were a little short, but the pork was thick and delicious. Rice will be charged. It seems that posting to the eating log is prohibited, but many reviews have already been posted. It was delicious, so I'm curious about the oil soba. I will try to eat it if I have a chance later.

Ramen + kimchi + half rice I saw a lot of people on Twitter asking for kimchi topping, so I ordered it. Around 2:30pm on Sunday. There were about 3 other customers and no line. It was quite late for lunch, but there were still a few people coming in later. The char siu is chewy and delicious. It doesn't interfere with the soup, but it has a meaty and strong flavor. Plenty of spinach too. It comes with 3 pieces of nori (normal ramen). Now 800 yen is cheap. The soup felt like it had a strong flavor, but it went well with the sourness of the kimchi. Even if there is only one owner, he is always talking and the atmosphere is good. I thought it was a good store because I could feel the owner's passion in many places.
