I’ve been to quite a few abura soba places and this one might be my favorite. There was something about the taste that was just outstanding, and when I added the vinegar it just accentuated the flavors. The pork was delicious as well. I opted for the 1200 yen option because I thought I was getting extra meat, but it was extra meat and a ton of noodles. You’ve been warned. Service was fast and friendly. I’ll be coming back for sure.

The oil soba noodles here are really the best! ! I think it's the most delicious in Japan. Especially that soup (sauce) is the best. The key is not to start with the egg, but to do it later, and at first you should enjoy it as it is. And finally catch up. I'm satisfied enough so far, but it would be a shame if I left out this wonderful sauce. Mix it with rice and enjoy it as a complete meal.

Each piece is carefully prepared, including the chashu pork, seasoned egg, and thinly sliced ​​menma, and the sweet and umami flavor spreads with every bite. After you finish eating the noodles, you can enjoy a complimentary meal and soup. I was surprised that a ramen shop of this quality opened in a corner of Shimomaruko. I think this is a store where the number of repeat customers will increase in the future. Recommended for those who want to fill their stomachs.
