The taste is a good balance between the pork bone soup and the saltiness of the sauce, making it a type of emulsified soup that will appeal to everyone. There wasn't much oil floating in the soup, so the flavor soaked into the noodles well, giving it the flavor I liked. If you use solid back oil as standard, you won't find much of it, so if you want it, it's better to call for oil. The toppings for 5 pieces of pork are quite large, and 1.2 pieces of pork is about the same amount as chashu noodles at a regular ramen restaurant, so if it's your first time visiting, you should be careful.
