Delicious new ramen shop in the neighborhood! Strong but well-balanced tonkotsu ramen (pork bones). I recommend the garlic on top to add some freshness and even more flavor. The house-made noodles are very think and one of a kind - very good texture. The whole bowl is large and very filling.

2023.9.26 Spicy and sour tsukemen eaten with water-added noodles. The noodles are not very sour, but they are sure to make a delicious dipping sauce. No garlic or oil.
