Great Jiro style Ramen that is worth the try! They’ve got not just the original style soup noodle, but the dry style noodle “Mazesoba” which is always a hit for me. Garlic? Yes please! FYI, as other Jiro style Ramen joints do as well, they have a special ordering system. This place is that after you give them the ticket that you purchased, you’d need to communicate (in Japanese) what topping you want right before your bowl arrives. They also have unique monthly rotating menus. The tomato based soup noodle blew my mind when they had it. I believe they have it somewhere in the winter months so if you see it, try it!

This is a Jiro style ramen restaurant. Small ramen (300g) topped with extra vegetables and oil. The soup was sweet and very delicious. This is a highly recommended store with high quality.

I came to the store a little before 12:00 on a weekday. The seats were already full, but there weren't many people in line, so I didn't have to wait long to be seated. Toppings will be asked when you arrive at the seat. I heard that the ramen soup had a pork flavor, but it was soy sauce-based, refreshing and easy to eat. The noodles were thick and had a good response! This time I ordered mini ramen, garlic, and fried chicken. Perhaps because there are other Jiro-style dishes, the portions were a little unsatisfactory even for women, so next time I would like to customize it with more vegetables.
