Tastes better than the photo looks.

Visited the store after 11am on October 19, 2023 Based on the reviews, I expected there to be a long line, so I arranged my work schedule so that I could come early for lunch, so I arrived after 11am, but it was pretty empty at that time. After all, it gets crowded after 12:00, but it's only for about 15 minutes. It seems like you don't have to worry about lining up on weekdays. Dishes: Special Sapporo Miso Ramen, priced at 1,240 yen. The reason is that there were reviews saying that Sapporo Miso Ramen does not have char siu on it, and since it was my first time here, I wanted to try char siu. The taste is still delicious. Miso ramen has a rich flavor. If it was between 800 and 900 yen, I would give it full marks, but to be honest, it wasn't a dish that cost more than 1,200 yen. However, if it's this expensive, you don't need chashu. The taste of chashu is normal. It can't be helped if other ramen is over 1000 yen, but considering the average ramen price around here is 800 yen, 900 yen is a good place. For more than 1200 yen, I want more satisfaction. Still, the ramen is rich and delicious, so why not try it at least once? If you have an early lunch, you won't have to line up. It's not so delicious that you get addicted to it. That's why, rather than many repeat visitors, there were many people who came to check it out, and many of them were taking pictures.

On Sunday night, I remembered my hometown of Sapporo and was riding the train to Edogawabashi or Yokohama to eat Sapporo ramen, but I found it online and got off the train. As I'm from the countryside, I don't like the busy atmosphere of trendy shops with long lines, so I went there with some trepidation, and was pleasantly guided by the small shop and kind staff. I had the Sapporo Spicy Miso Ramen, medium spicy, topped with chashu. The spicy soup is delicious. And Nishiyama Seimen's curly noodles are especially delicious the more you bite into them. The char siew has a good balance of fat and is moist. It was so delicious that I ran out of it and ended up ordering more with a special topping that included boiled egg. I like it more fatty and rich, but the soup is just right, so I think even women can enjoy it without any worries. It was very comfortable and delicious. Thank you for your meal.
