You can feel the heart of a craftsman who doesn't hide everything. I ate salt (shio) char siu. At first glance, the ramen looks beautiful, and when I take a sip of the soup, it is very delicious with a clear and wonderful aroma and taste. The char siu is also delicious, both filling and tender. The chewy noodles packed with flavor are also the best. It was a very satisfying dish.

I stopped by this shop on a whim, but it caught my attention. It was so delicious that I want to go again! The store manager seemed to have a nice personality as well (^^)

I had the shellfish soup soba char siu. It's really delicious. The firmness and texture of the noodles are such that the pork char siu is fragrant, the chicken char siu is soft, and the shellfish soup is not too salty.It's just the right amount of seasoning, and it was so delicious that I finished it all! Drink the soup to the end! (*´艸｀) The guy next to me was also gulping down the shiosoba soup (lol) The owner seems to be a craftsman who serves a bowl of Chinese noodles in one operation, so it's not that he's unfriendly, but the customer service is average. I think. I think it's the most delicious Chinese soba restaurant in Zoshiki.
