Arrive around 14:00 on weekdays Connect to 3 people waiting With good timing, I entered the store after waiting for about 3 minutes. The B'z BGM inside the store is a nice touch. The customer service of the two of them is also very pleasant and comfortable. When you take a sip of the soup, everything feels gentle. The dried fish, dried sardines, and animal-based stock that supports the dish are all perfectly balanced without being too overpowering. Nakano Seimen's thin noodles are supple yet firm and classy. The toppings were also delicious. It was a wonderful ramen that was made from the kindness of the two of them.
This is a small ramen shop located about 3 minutes walk from Kojitani Station. The good thing about moving to Ota Ward is definitely being able to go to Charume right away. There are many delicious ramen shops around Kamata, but I think Charume is a great ramen shop that is ``always delicious,'' ``you won't get tired of it until you finish it,'' and ``you'll want to eat it again and again.'' The recommended dish is of course the Chinese soba (880 yen). The toppings are chashu (chicken and pork), seaweed, naruto, menma, and green vegetables. The whole thing has a nostalgic and classic feel to it, but it's modern without being too classic. It's too delicious. Simple but powerful. This is a well-balanced ramen. The soup is just delicious. seafood? Nodal system? is it. Although it's light, it's rich and sharp, making both your tongue and brain happy. Fried green onions also work well. The toppings are also perfect. The thick char siu has the perfect texture and softness, the menma has just the right amount of crunch, the crunchy greens, the naruto in the center is cute, and the seaweed is also a must-have. Thank you for your careful work. The special dish is Chinese soba with ``2 slices of char siu'', ``seaweed'', and ``flavored egg'' added. It's quite filling, so I personally recommend the ``Wonton Chinese Soba'' topped with ``Menma.'' lol Please note that wontons are not included in the special dish. The inside of the restaurant is clean and has 8 seats. The shop owners are also nice and pleasant people. I think it's easy for a single woman to enter. I don't think the line will be that long compared to the popular ramen shop near Kamata Station. I usually go a little before it closes, so it might be empty most of the time. I will continue to visit. Thank you for always providing delicious ramen!
