More Comments at Google MapIf you get off the Keikyu Kamata station and walk towards Zoshiki, you'll find this shop right away! First, buy a meal ticket (there are many different types and it's fun!) The photo shows the scalloped Wagyu beef ramen and the large serving of ramen (^^♪ The thin noodles go perfectly with the soup that smells like the ocean! I have to come back to try a different ramen!!! Thank you for the meal!
There are so many innovative menu items! A ramen shop that you will never get tired of no matter when or how many times you go♪ I think you'll be disappointed if you think of it as just going out to eat ramen. It feels like a ``creative noodle dish''. Personally, I think it's a restaurant that I want to go to again and again because I can't find any impressive differences between the Niboshi and Iekei restaurants.
I had the wagyu beef and scallop ramen. At first, your eyes are drawn to the scallop-shaped monaka and arare, but when you eat it, you can clearly see that they pay attention not only to the appearance but also to the taste. Although the soup is a salt ramen based on seafood, it has a lot of oil, making it a rich salt ramen. The amount of salt is perfect and it's neither too strong nor too thin, so it's easy to drink 😙 The noodles are thin, straight noodles, but they mix well with the soup and the flavor of salt and seafood spreads in your mouth, making it a delicious dish. You can also choose a large portion, but I think you can fill your stomach with a regular portion as there is enough portion. The Wagyu beef is also chewy and delicious!🐃
