Ramen with extra spinach and egg. Really tasty!

I enjoyed this small establishment. Ordering was done at the machine in the entrance and was straightforward. The staff was professional and courteous.

As a former resident of Kanagawa Prefecture, this is my ``best family''. Since I was a teenager, I've eaten a lot of old-style food, from the main restaurant, Yoshimura-ya, to Sugita-ya, Kondo-ya, Makoto-ya, to unknown local restaurants. However, after moving to Tokyo, I stopped developing new family lines because of this. The orthodox Shaba-style yet deep-bodied soy sauce pork bones, the smooth and flavorful chicken oil, and the reliable Sakai noodles. The chashu is not a momo but a rose roll, but it's also good. There was a time when the soup was unstable, but now there is no fluctuation. In proportion to that, the queue became even tighter... This is a famous restaurant where the wife works hard to serve customers and is loved by families in the neighborhood. Maybe because of that, it can't be helped that the rotation is slow sometimes... I haven't taken any pictures recently, but they were all taken on different days in January last year. It doesn't seem to change much, but it's a sign of stability. Also, a word from a former Kanagawa prefecture resident. Everyone, let's eat seaweed better... I'm from a family that has a lot of seaweed... Sometimes it gets stuck in my throat and I feel bad about it, but that's part of the fun of being a family member... It's a lie from the media about putting seaweed on rice. ,,It's great justice to stuff your mouth with seaweed with your noodles... Back then, the Yoshimura family and the Sugita family all preferred seaweed, but people today don't do that much...
