Absolutely massive portions! I especially liked the meat - not to savvy and delicious! The staff helped me out with the ordering even though she didn't speak English. In other ramen stores you would have to queue for that dish!

This is my first time eating from Butajima, which has stores in Mizonokuchi and Jiyugaoka. For now, just normal ramen, just the toppings. The amount of noodles is standard for Jiro Inspired, and you can get full with a normal serving, but a large serving is dangerous. There was a good amount of vegetables, they were nicely boiled, and there was ginger as a topping, which I was grateful for as I was guilty of garlic at work. The pork is well-cooked and can be broken up with chopsticks. On the other hand, it doesn't have a fresh feel, so reviews may be divided, but I personally like it. Although the soup is emulsified, it has a gentle feel. As a Jiro fan, I might recommend Karame, but there are Kaeshi and garlic on the table, so you can adjust accordingly, so it's safe. There are 3 seats at the counter and 3 seats at the table. It wasn't crowded today, but it looks amazing when it gets crowded. It's a former bar and has a stylish interior. It was super voluminous that I added char siu. There are plenty of vegetables as they are. If you add more vegetables there, the bowl will be full of vegetables. You can enjoy it. Thick noodles are entwined with rich soup. Please add garlic. This alone will make you very full. But it's not just quantity. The satisfaction of the deliciousness was also perfect.
