✅ Non-emulsified ✅ Hollow pork belly ✅ Medium-thick homemade noodles 2022/09/05 (Monday) Visit at 12:00, cash only, ticket vending machine available ①Charshu men A1,000 yen order Extremely perfect, non-emulsified ☆ Perfect with the fragrant noodles, chewy pork belly, and steamy vegetables! The soup is made with pork stock and has an exquisite taste (without mirin) ♪ If you compare it with direct non-emulsifying soy sauce (without mirin), I like it as much as Sengawa and Moriya ☆ Easy access from home from Moriya, Koshigaya, and Nishidai. I hope the lines aren’t as long as Jimbocho/Mita 👍️ The high-quality backfat is milky and slightly sweet...it is strained through a colander instead of being served straight up.
People who like Jiro Mita might like this too. It was a very royal Jiro type. The oil is the type that is filtered through a flat colander. Please note that currency cannot be exchanged. It's not huge, but in my experience it's a normal ramen, about the size of a large ramen in Meguro. It's quite salty even without coloring. There's soy sauce at the bottom, so when you mix it, it gets salty all at once. There's a spoon on the table, and there's a gang and Kaeshi as well.
