More Comments at Google MapOn a late Friday night, I ordered a bowl of 塩とんこつラーメン (Shio Tonkotsu Ramen) from this amazing ramen shop. The soup was extremely flavorful and packed with the perfect amount of saltiness and richness that I was craving. The owner of the shop was also very nice and polite, making me feel welcome and comfortable as soon as I entered. The service was prompt and efficient, but not rushed at all. I appreciated the owner's attention to detail and care for his customers. I also loved the rustic atmosphere of the shop, which added to the experience. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this ramen shop and will definitely be coming back soon.
The atmosphere looks a little old from the outside, but the taste of all the ramen is guaranteed! ! There is a counter on the first floor and a tatami room on the second floor, which I often use with my juniors after work!
I had night construction work nearby, so I came here for a meal before work. It looks like a small store from the outside, but there are seats on the second floor, so even if the first floor counter is full, it's better to ask the owner. A banner on the front? It said abura soba, so I ate the abura soba. I don't usually like to eat abura soba, but the abura soba here is delicious! The taste, noodles, and ingredients are all well-balanced, and the portion is large, weighing in at 250g! There are quite a lot of ingredients, so I recommend adjusting the pace of the noodles and ingredients when eating. The abura soba was so delicious that I decided to come back again during the construction period (lol) After that, I ate Mazesoba, Chinese Soba, Salted Tonkotsu, and Spicy Miso Garlic! As a personal ranking 1st place, Abura Soba 2nd place, Chinese noodles 3rd place, spicy miso garlic That's what it feels like. Overall it was delicious.
