I never tried a soup stock of pork (bones) and fish before, but I really liked the flavor A LOT. Noodles were perfect, not on the soft side but really “al dente”. Will definitely return.

It was a soup, but it was carefully made and delicious. . The noodles are thin. I thought the flavored egg would be runny, so I left it for last, but it was hard and half-boiled, so I should have eaten it sooner. First visit I finally got to go to Narumen because I had a job near the store. I arrived around 12:00 and waited inside the store for the second time. This week it looks like chive soba. 900 yen. To be honest, I personally didn't like chives, but the taste was even better. The salty soy sauce soup gradually became mellow with the backfat, and the chives gave it a punch. The noodles are also chewy and delicious. The chashu was small, but there was plenty of it. I want to try the other menus as soon as they come out 😋
