I don’t usually like fish based ramen but this one was different! Super light but perfectly rich with broth. Also went there around 6pm on a Sunday and there was no line.

Lunch and dinner have different broth, with lunch being salt and dinner being soy based broth. This place is quintessential ramen shop with maybe 10 counter seats and one booth table. The wonton are amazing and have quite the reputation. They'll be fried as a side or brought out in the ramen. Be prepared to wait in line.
