Of all the ramen shops I opened this year, it was the most delicious for me. It's a somewhat unusual ticket vending machine experience where you first choose the thickness of your noodles at the ticket vending machine on the left when you enter the store. This time I chose spicy miso ramen with thin noodles. Although they say it's spicy, it's quite spicy, so if you're visiting for the first time, this might be a good choice. The ingredients include cabbage, bean sprouts, and corn, which go perfectly with the soup. It had a strong flavor that you will want to eat during the coming cold season. I ended up drinking a lot of the soup to find and eat the corn that was submerged in the soup, and because it was so delicious. I wondered if this was a strategy to make people feel less guilty about drinking soup, but I don't think that's the case. I will repeat it again.
I used to use it a long time ago. When I went there for the first time in about 15 years, I was a little worried because a foreigner was making it, but the taste hasn't changed. I will go all the way from outside the prefecture. Really delicious. Boiled eggs and bamboo shoots donate from 20 yen or more, and the taste is originally 100 yen or more. Even though it's a donation, I respect this taste without cutting corners. I took my family for the first time and it was delicious! He was delighted.
