More Comments at Google MapThis hole in the wall restaurant is located in a small residential alley and can be difficult to find. The ramen here however is fantastic! The noodles are thick and chewy, while the soup broth is amazingly thick with spicy blue peppers, chicken broth, Okinawa’s “aosa”, bonito flakes, the chair siu has a Smokey char-broiled taste and the half boiled eggs are superb. I’m happy that such a ramen joint is in my neighborhood. I will be coming here to satisfy my ramen cravings!
I've had the miso ramen and one of the limited ramen. All in all positive experience for me. Decor is amazing, music is a banger. Flavours are very strong. The miso ramen in particular reminds me of my favourite ramen shop in sapporo because they have the same distinctive spice taste. Fair warning, I brought a friend who can't stomach too much lard and they had an awful time, so choose your companions wisely for their sake and yours.
The "big 3” ramen restaurant in Musashi-Koyama, aside from Bonito-Bonito and Jirai-ya. The taste is definitely original, it's what you can enjoy only here. The price is reasonable in comparison with its unique and differentiated flavor. The owner looks a little bit formidable to me, but he is quite polite to his customers. The operating hour is actually short, so you should check carefully when you decide to visit here.
