It's one of my favorite 'make your own ramen' kind of shop ever, ranking even higher than Ichiran. I chose the spicy ramen while my gf chose the sesame one, along with gyoza. Everything was perfect and flavorful. They have free red ginger and takana (spicy pickled green) that's also delicious. The music was throwing us off a bit, they were playing rap music a bit too loud, in my opinion. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Decided to try this out after walking past. They have an english menu. The ramen broth was light and tasty! And gyozas were small, but delicious. Worth a try for sure.

Loved the ramen! Very close to Ebisu metro station.
