Really great Tonkotsu-shoyu Ramen. The taste is rich and strong. I ordered all-topings ramen and rice priced just ¥1,000. I must go here again.

The noodles here are on the thick side for ramen, but it is absolutely lovely. I like that you can load up your ramen with greens and vegetables here. Most ramen shops don't have that option. Ramen is generally considered to be junk-food by Japanese standards or something you eat when hungover. It is of course one of the finest culinary creations on the planet, but it's not really health food. So I appreciate the shops that have some extra vegetable topping options.
