More Comments at Google MapThe shop is very high-end, the pepper grinders are even electric, and although the chopsticks are disposable, they have a beautiful feel and design. I ordered the special chicken noodle soup. A bowl of it costs more than 1,800 yen. It is the most expensive chicken noodle soup I have ever eaten. The most eye-catching thing in the noodles is the large bamboo shoots. The soup of the chicken noodle soup is a little different to me. It's a little salty, but otherwise I think it's perfect.
Easily the best ramen I've had BY FAR in Tokyo. Balance of flavours, clarity of broth, hand made noodles and perfectly cooked meat really sets the bar to a different standard. This chef is not to be slept on and a hidden gem. Grab a bowl and thank me later.
Very quaint small ramen bar. Occupants y is 8 people and the menu is limited. The food is delicious and authentic.
