This is on a few top 10 lists for Tokyo tsukemen, and I think that's correct. It's so yummy. Order by machine. Counter seating. Gets busy between 12-1330. You can order your noodles 🍜 cold 🥶 or hot 🥵. They also let you choose your noodle size. Some people order a hot stone 🔥🪨 to reheat the broth. Pretty cool sight to see. I saw a few people complain it's not as good as some other fancy Michelin star places... But that's a different class. Small counter ramen restaurant, dominated by the kitchen behind, where the delicious ramen is made. The menu is simple and honest but some of the best ramen we have had. Order from the vending machine (as of April 2018 the top row is cold noodles, the bottom is hot). The serves sizes are tempered by how much noodle you want to eat - they ask, all sizes the same price). The owner (we presume) speaks more than enough English to assist and will also provide instruction on how to serve and eat! Super delicious and very cheap! Top marks!!

Eating a bowl of noodles on a rainy day is really super happy. The noodles are too strong, and I feel a little tired after eating 2/3 of them...but it's really delicious. There seems to be fish in the dipping sauce, and when you eat it, it feels like fish residue. There is one piece of meat in the juice, plus two extra slices, a total of three slices of meat. After eating, I really can’t support it. The hot water pot on the table contains hot noodle soup, which can be DIY by yourself, changing from dipping noodles to soup noodles. Recommended for those who like thick noodle soup
