More Comments at Google MapThis was the best bowl of shoyu ramen I've ever had. It was a bit of a walk from shibuya station, but very worth it. I went around 12pm and only had to wait about 5 minutes. The portion was a little small for the price, but worth it. The pork slices were perfectly cooked, seemed to have been marinated, and had a buttery aftertaste. I've had the same style of pork at other places, even ones on the michelin guide, but this was by far the tastiest. The chicken breast was also perfectly cooked, almost to a cold-cut consistency, and peppery. The noodles were thin and springy, good menma, and a medium boiled egg which didnt leak. The broth had excellent umami, and was topped with what I thought was chicken oil, as it had a slight chicken grease flavor. They perfectly melded together to make a very satisfying shoyu broth. As a big Nujabes fan, it was nice to come and visit his brother's place and listen to his music. Next time, I will try the special tantanmen.
Extremely nice and cozy ramen place, the ramen was out of this world especially the spicy ramen with pork and seasoned eggs. I recommend arriving early because it’s a very popular place and they might sell out some of the popular items. The music was also extremely nice and soothing, it reminded me of Nujabes which isn’t weird because the owner is his brother. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys ramen or Nujabes.
A ramen shop just outside the busy area of Shibuya. There was a small line outside but we only had to wait for a few minutes. The vibe inside is really nice and if you like Nujabes' music you'll feel right at home. The tsukemen was fantastic. The quality of the food and the overall vibe made this one of my favourite ramen places in Japan.
