Mr. Hibiki is a 2-minute walk from Shibuya Station New South Exit. There were two customers who visited around 12:00 on Saturday. This time I ordered crab miso mixed soba. It was delicious with a rich mixed soba! It's more delicious if you mix crab miso on the way!

A unique tsukemen with whipped cream in the dipping sauce. This is a seafood ramen restaurant that just opened this year and is said to be the sister restaurant of Chisomen Mamiana, a tsukemen restaurant in Ikebukuro. As other contributors have pointed out in the store, the physical distance between customers is narrow and cramped with only the counter. Also, because there is no official SNS of the store, there is a situation where you do not know the sudden holiday, so please be careful. The noodles are made with whole wheat flour and have a chewy texture, and the dipping sauce is a bonito base with fresh cream and a rich flavor. Before I ate it, I was a little worried that it would be too sweet, but it was a needless worry. Thanks to the fresh cream, the texture is soft and matches well with the rich flavor of the bonito. There was also crab miso mixed soba on the recommended menu, so I want to eat it next time.

A branch of the popular Ikebukuro restaurant Tanukiana opened in Shibuya, so I went there. I had the crab miso ramen, which is hard to find at other restaurants. The crab miso has a strong taste, but it's not too strong and there's no aftertaste at all. Rather, it's a ramen that is easy to eat and makes you want to eat it a second time. It was very delicious! Repeat is confirmed. Recommended!
