After watching a baseball game at Jingu, the station was extremely crowded, so I decided to walk home. I found a ramen shop that was still open after 21:00. I think it used to be a yakisoba restaurant. The word ``domiso'' is also written on the noren. Just like Kakitagawa Hibari in Ebisu, a ramen shop that specializes in miso was opened here. The taste is a solid rich miso and I personally like it. After all, I think that the miso tastes better with a strong garlic and ginger effect. I'm glad that there is a ramen shop in Namikibashi that specializes in miso. I look forward to hearing from you again.
I love crabs, so when I found out about this restaurant in Shibuya, I went straight to it! Apparently it opened in December of last year. I ate crab miso ramen once in early March (my first visit). The first time (second time) in the end of the month is the special crab miso ramen ♡ The crab miso ramen is delicious enough, but considering how delicious the flavored eggs and crab meat are in the special, I think I'll try the special next time! ! As it is written on the notice board at the store, this is not a potage-style ramen, but a miso ramen soup that blends the flavor of the crab. It's hard to express in words, but it's a divine balance! ! ! This might be the first time I've had ramen with such delicious thick and crunchy bean sprouts on top. Purple onions are also delicious and go well with miso soup! ! Miso ramen tends to be a bit... even in the hot summer weather, but the miso here is not too rich even in summer, and has enough flavor to warm your body after getting cold from the air conditioner. The store staff also asked questions like, ``Do you want to use a paper apron?'' The atmosphere of the store was small, but not rushed! It was a ramen shop that I definitely want to go to again ♡
