One of the best shrimp wontons I've ever had in my life. Very small place, but excellent food! I'm an addict of the wontons and the 'premium' bowl.

I would say I am very impressed by the Japanese food culture. Tetsu Ramen has amazing cuisines that you will think you are in paradise. As I said in my other review, Ramen has a significant meaning in Japanese culture. It is not just to fill up your tummy, but to stimulate every sense of your tongue and revive the spirit you have lost through time. The most signature dish: Tetsu is popular for its Udon. Udon is a type of noodle that has more refreshing taste. The taste is not as strong as you will find in Ramen. You will find it is a perfect match if you pair the bowl of Udon with a glass of green tea. It brings Zen to your soul. The food I do not recommend: I don’t think there is any. I didn’t try to Ramen in this shop, as I have heard it is popular for Udon. Note: The restaurant accepts cash only. Make sure you have enough cash before you go. There is no ATM close by the restaurant. The restaurant also operates until very late. It is a very good place to visit when you are still having your jetlag. The staffs are very friendly. Grab a drink and enjoy the Japanese cultural experience.

On my way home from meeting a friend, I saw a sign saying dried sardines and came here for lunch. I ordered a large bowl of Chinese noodles. I felt that it was a little weak compared to the popular dried sardines. However, it feels delicious enough as a Chinese soba. I think the store is a little too small.
