I love small restaurants that cook just one thing but do it brilliantly. This is one of those ramen places. They make a basic spicy ramen with minced pork, and you can add other ingredients (quail egg, veg etc) and choose the level of spiciness. I can eat really spicy food but level 3 was just perfect for me at this place (can't believe the Japanese chef eats level 4). Good food, nice staff and perfect lunch.

Super spicy tan tan noodles but it was so good. The broth was very flavorful despite the spice. It's a relatively small place, consisting of around 8 counter seats and a table for 4 in the back.
