Very clean and really high quality Ramen using Rishiri Konbu seaweed. The one ordered was Kazuguchi ramen spicy but also tasty noodle.

On a hot day, at a slightly late lunch time before 14:00, there was no queue outside, so I went in because it was a ramen shop in my opinion. 3 people when you enter? The clerk's energetic greeting. Ticket vending machine as soon as you enter. Cash only. I used 1000 yen bills and coins, so I asked them to break the bills. Only L-shaped counter, maybe about 15 seats. There is a hanger on the wall behind each seat and a luggage basket at your feet. There was also a chilled ramen menu, but if it's your first time, you should try the recommended one. On the table, there was a variety of blended "Ubusuna tea" which seemed to be good for health. It was delicious. After that, there was a paper with seasonings, menus, tea and ramen specialties written on it, so I read it carefully while waiting for the ramen and while I was eating it. The soup is based on special Rishiri kombu seaweed, and since it is salted, it is clean and clear, yet has a very strong taste! I also liked that the noodles were thin and straight. It was good that the char siu was in the rose and the loin, and the texture and the taste of the meat were completely different. Menma, green onions, and eggs are also beautiful and delicious. It seems that the chopsticks are also made in Japan, and after eating, I felt like I had a really good meal while refilling the naive tea. I think I'll try the soy sauce next time. If you're queuing up in the heat at Iruka, why not try this once? I thought. It would be perfect if I could use electronic money.

This is a branch of the popular ramen shop of the same name in the Nishi-Shinbashi/Toranomon area, located in a prime location near Roppongi Station. The specialty is ramen that uses plenty of Rishiri kelp. There are salty and soy sauce flavors, and if it's your first time visiting Rishiri Kombu Ramen Kuroobi Roppongi, we recommend the salty flavor, as it makes it easier to enjoy the flavor of the kelp-based broth. To be honest, I sometimes thought that the ramen at the Nishi-Shimbashi store was too light, but at the Roppongi store, there was no such thing. Personally, I definitely prefer the taste at the Roppongi store. Despite the delicious ramen and good location near Roppongi Station, when I visited after 12:00 on a weekday, it was completely empty and I was able to sit down immediately.
