When I ordered tantan noodles, I was told, "Please choose white or black." I didn't know well, so I chose black based on my intuition, but it was a big hit. I had an image that many tantan noodles had similar tastes, but the tantan noodles (black) here were spicy with pepper and had a taste that made me want to drink up the soup. The char rice bowl served with lunch was also delicious. By the way, Tandan noodles (white) seem to be normal.
