In fact, the chain ramen shops are not sloppy at all. The tonkotsu chicken soup ramen is the signature dish. The gap between the thin noodles is filled with rich broth, which is quite good.

Even though it was 2pm on a weekday, I was a little surprised to see a group of five female college students from a nearby university eating at the counter. The specialty was the special Chantanmen for 890 yen, but the customer next to me who came in later ordered the Ebichantanmen which was loaded with shrimp. The fried liver also looks very delicious. Maybe I needed some preparation, but I wanted to try one of these next time.
