Visited on Monday, October 16, 2023. I had starman soba for 900 yen and a raw egg for 60 yen. The toppings are ginger and back fat. It was like making a soup from the ginger grilled sauce, but it was delicious. You can add more ingredients next time.

Stamina ramen that looks like Jiro but is not Jiro is an excellent shop. I've been wanting to come here for a long time, but I was finally able to visit the other day when I had some business in Akasaka! It's great that it's open until 21:00 in the middle of the city and in the middle of the office district. I thought it would be empty at night, but it's always full, and it's a popular restaurant. However, the line itself was a few people and the rotation was fast. Since this was my first visit, I ordered spicy Sutaman soba (¥950) + Masao (3 quail pieces ¥60). * Paypay and suica can also be used for payment, but please refer to the photo of the ticket vending machine for details. The ramen that came out is also the best visually! The ingredients on top of the noodles are stir-fried diced pork belly, onions, and Chinese chives. This goes perfectly with the umami-spicy soup. I asked for garlic and ginger by call, but it was the correct answer. The color of the soup is bright red, but the spiciness is not too spicy, and the umami comes out in front of you, which is just right. It goes very well with the thick, wavy flat noodles, which is why it's so popular. If you have time to come to Akasaka, I definitely want to eat there again.

I visited because it was introduced in a certain audio media and it was close to my office. Apparently there is usually a line, but I was lucky enough to enter the store without lining up. The ticket vending machine only accepts cash, but you can ask the staff for PayPal and order from a separate terminal. There are some tense terms such as not taking photos of anything other than ramen and not using your smartphone while eating, but the staff are polite. I ordered starman soba with raw egg as an option. You can order free toppings (ginger, garlic, back fat) when served, but I didn't do that this time. Ramen suitable for boys came out, with extra-thick noodles that were a little hard, a rich soy sauce-based soup, pork belly, onions, and chives. I'm sorry to compare it to other cuisines, but it's just like a stir-fry at a local Chinese restaurant.
