Delicious Chinese fusion ramen. Chashu and noodles are perfect, complimented nicely by the broth. One small note is that the broth is very thick, almost like sauce. Not really good to eat at the end of the meal.

Very good ramen in Mita. You probably don't care but it's near my work, very convenient :-) Like may ramen restaurants, you first buy your ticket at the machine, then wait a few minutes to be served. You can customize spice and pepper level (4 different levels for each). Prices range from around 800 to 1300 yen depending on your basic ramen order, then you can add toppings to customize even more. The restaurant has about 10 seats. It's clean and well organized.

If you want an flavor experience with ramen, this is it. I enjoyed the combination of thick noodles with a thick spicy base and the additional “numbness” to spice up the experience.
