Taishoken varies depending on the store, but this one has just the right amount of sweetness and sourness. Furthermore, the mackerel flakes are also effective and are quite delicious. This is the taste of Taishoken! The noodles are straight because they contain a lot of water, but they are elastic and go well with the dipping sauce! The char siu is a good size and has good fat and delicious meat! Menma and naruto also taste good with the dipping sauce. Among the Higashi Ikebukuro Taishoken branch stores, I think it ranks among the top. I have to eat at least the ramen. I hope to come back soon!
